My Name is Yavuz Tiryaki and i’m a 19 year old fitness coach. I first got into training and bettering myself when i was only 14 years old, i started mainly because i was always a skinny fat kid growing up, meaning i had skinny arms but fat on my stomach and love handles. I wanted to change, i wanted to become strong, and have great confidence so i started lifting weights and boxing. When i was 15-16 years old i saw good amount of progress, gained some muscle and started seeing the form my body was taking. However i never had a strict workout plan at the time or a meal plan. I would just go lift weights a couple times not knowing if i had good form and call it a day, But then when i turned 17 i decided i’m gonna make a big change with my mindset and body so i did deep research. I would follow tips from other gym influencers and coaches and I started making my very own meal plan and workout plan. I decided that i will follow these plans very strictly and be consistent with it no matter what, and that’s exactly what i did and in the span of 3-4 months i became what i’ve been trying to be for the last 4 years of training. I gained great confidence lost my fat and gained great amount of muscle, i felt amazing and it only motivated me to be more involved with fitness. Now i am here today as a ripped 19 year old trying to teach people my way of getting fit quick with my FAST FIT PROGRAM and show people with the right guidance and preparation they too can achieve their goals, and change their mindset. All it takes is just to start with the one step. The picture below is my progression over the 4 years. I have built great discipline, confidence and im in the best shape ive ever been in my life and wanna help you do the same.
